Welcome to my world!
Come and visit for a while, see the world through my eyes and share my thoughts. And if you feel like it, share a bit of your world with me! All of the artwork, photographs and writings are my own and are copyrighted, I hope that you will respect that. If you are interested in anything or if you just wish to communicate with me, please use the email posted below - I would love to hear from you! The images on this page are ferns I photographed during the annual garden show organized by the Cornell Extension in 2008, which gives Ithaca gardeners opportunity to show off their creations. Below that is a digitally enhanced image of the old Enfield Glen Mill taken after a snow storm. You can see a larger image in Nature gallery III. |
Above is a composite image of one of the many Cascadilla Gorge falls curved over by the graceful arch of a stone bridge framing the view from my former office window in Midtown Manhattan taken on a wintry day - I call this image 'Bridge to my Past'. The banner on most of the nature galleries is a crop from one of my paintings called 'The River'. Experimenting with digital images has given me many hours
of fascinating exploration. I keep discovering new ways to alter and
enhance my photographs. I love to experiment
with textures and colors to convey different moods and visual concepts. Some of my photos come in several versions that I like equally, some photos I have left the way they were taken, like the image of the ferns on the left. All the photos and artworks here are my own work
and are copyrighted - I hope that you will honor that! If you would like to own any of them, they are for sale in different sizes (up to 13" x 19") and price ranges. Please see the contact page for further information and let me know what you are interested in.
